Day 16 – 2 Week Weigh-in and Updated Pics

Hello, Mama’s!!!

So here we are. The end of week two and time to pay the piper! I took some more pictures and weighed myself this morning (I forgot to last night.) My camera was giving me a headache! I probably should use it more often then I would know how it works. I kept pressing the record button. I was getting really frustrated and thinking, “Why is this stupid thing recording instead of taking a picture?!?!”. It turns out there is a separate button for snapping pictures and the red button is for record. Ugh! lol Well after about 20 minutes of me giving myself a migraine , I finally figured it out.

My weight on Day 1 was 221.4 lbs. Today it is 218.2 lbs. That is a total weight loss of 3.2 lbs. in 2 weeks. This made me a little happy to see a little change in the scale. Although if you look at the chart, you will see that my weight has been in this zone for a few months now. I will feel a lot better when I get out of the 215 to 225 range. That will be cause for a celebration! Today is also Day 8 with NO SODA!!! 😀

Here are my new pictures side by side with my pictures from 2 weeks ago. The progress may be small but that’s OK because its only been 2 weeks! 😉

In some of the pictures, I don’t really think I can see a difference but I had to remind myself that it has only been 2 weeks. It doesn’t happen over night or in the course of 2 weeks. That is why this is a 90 day challenge and not a 15 day challenge. I still have 2 and a half months to go so… Let’s GO!!!!

Yesterday I did Fire 45 and Core 20. It was supposed to be just the Fire 45 but I added the Core 20 from Saturday. I felt really great once it was over! I even had my uninvited workout buddy Sammy to help me out! Today will be 45 EZ Class and Stretch 10.

See you guys tomorrow. Hope you guys workout with me tonight or this morning or whenever. You can be my workout buddies just like Samuel! <3
